Chloes winter songfest=CHAOS

Chloes preschool had a holiday festival for families. We did crafts with the kids. Then the kids performed 2 holiday songs. Teddy Bear and Bells are ringing. Chloe was one of the only kids that sang and did the movements( we were so proud). Then there was a huge potluck. Daddy took off work, we had so much fun.

Sammys first plane trip!

Sammy had his first plane trip. We had so much stuff. We went to Seattle to visit the Wakefields(more pictures to come). It was great to see everyone, we had a great time.

I can feed myself, sort of!

Milestones! Here is Sammy feeding himself little puffy snacks he loves them and so does his big sissy. She likes anything he is eating bannana pieces, avacado pieces and pear. Bathtime, Naked baby.

Thanksgiving 06

We started the day with pumpkin bread and the Macys day parade. Then to Starbucks for a special treat. Then home to prepare the bird and naps. Then we had a mellow dinner and some good family time.

Me and my Little brother!

Chloe and Sammy love to play together. She is always making him laugh. Its so fun to watch them especially when she is not taking things from him or squeezing him too tight.
Sammy is sitting pretty well for short periods.

Little Mommy

Chloe likes to copy her mommy. Often when I feed Sammy I sit on a stool and put my feet up just like this. Chloe is feeding her "special baby" rice cereal just like sammy eats. She pulls her own stool over and gets herself all set up. She really is too cute.

TROUBLE!

The other day I was straightening our bedroom, Sammy was a few feet away playing with toys. I heard some rustling of paper in the bathroom. Sammy had creeped into the bathroom, was taking the toilet paper out of the cupboard and was removing the paper. All I could think of was trouble with a capital T. Sunday he started geting up on his knees. He wants to crawl this way instead of army crawling but has not quite figured it out yet.

Trick or Treat!

Halloween 2006. Chloe had so much fun trick or treating with some good friends. She got quite a stash of candy. Sammy rode in the stroller or was carried by the big Tiger. What fun!

Pumpkin Carving

Monday night daddy, Chloe and Omi carved a pumpkin for Halloween night. Chloe guessed what was inside......seeds. She learned that at preschool.

Wakefield Monster Mash!

We had a huge halloween party with 9 families and a few other close friends. The kids had a blast. They wore their costumes. We had face painting, a pumpkin craft, a scavenger hunt and lots of yummy food.

Clayton Pumpkin Patch

This was our second anual trip to the Clayton pumpkin patch. The kids had fun in the play zone, feeding the llamas and piggies, riding the train, eating kettle corn and picking out a pumpkin.

Kitty Call

Today Chloe went to a Halloween story time. She wanted to be a kitty. Luckily I was able to pull it together last minuete with things we had and a barrowed leotard. Her costume was even more authentic with all the dog and cat hair she picked up on her costume before we left. She went with Melody, Melissa and Rachel, so mommy could shop for the big Wakefield Halloween party on Saturday. She is still gone now, I'm sure she is having a blast. Notice the kitty peaking out the door.

Princess Chloe was a merry little soul.....

and a merry little soul was she. She called for her dress and she called for her crown and she called for her friend Melody! Today we went to a princess party. Chloe was not quite sure about the whole thing. But she did have fun doing ballet/ princess moves with her good friend Melody. In the end she said she didn't want to leave. But most of the time she was just observing, taking the whole thing in.

Good Times!

Today we went to Katherine Pughs first birthday party. It was alot of fun. The big kids searched for pumpkins and then decorated them. Sammy really liked his pumpkin. Mommy and Sammy had fun on this blanket. Chloe missed her nap so when we got home she was very tired and wanted her daddy!

New adventures!

Here we are in our double stroller and we love it. One of our favorite afternoon activities is to go for a walk and look at the Halloween decorations. The stroller is designed for the smaller child to ride in the back. So far Chloe will not hear of it, the back is where she goes.

Busy weekend

On Saturday we went to Wells Fargo and opened an account for Chloe and Sammy. Here they are with the bank teller. Sunday Mommy and Daddy went on a Hornblower champagne brunch cruise in San Fran. Rachel stayed with the kids and they had a great time, so did mommy and daddy.

Monkey see, monkey do

Chloe has decided she needs to do everything Sammy does. Today when he tried sweet potatoes, she wanted to try them too. She even asked for more. Yesterday she decided to get in the exersaucer, and got stuck. Notice the look on her face. Also yesterday Sammy got his first sipee cup. He doesnt get it yet but thinks its a great toy. Of course Chloe wanted her cup with the handles. We found this picture, but not the cup. Notice who had more hair at this age!
